Jason Terry Foundation, Inc., is offering their H.O.O.D. (helping others obtain dreams) scholarship in the amount of $3100 to deserving high school seniors who excel in the classroom and who are committed to community involvement.
To apply:
Must have a 3.0 G.P.A. or better
Submit proof of community involvement
Submit official high school transcript
Select and answer one of the essay questions provided.
Copy of College acceptance letter(s) if already accepted.
*Scholarship will be paid directly to the attending school.
Essay questions
1. Describe one of the most significant challenge you have faced and steps you have taken to address this challenge.
2. Articulate the goals you have established for yourself and your efforts to accomplish these goals.
3. Describe how you have demonstrated leadership ability both in and out of school.
